There is an Out of School Care service available for children from Pre-kindergarten to Year 7.
The service operates from 7.00am to 9.00am and 2.20pm until 6.00pm every school day and is designed and coordinated by a qualified educator. For After School Care, children join play leaders for afternoon tea and organised play in a safe, friendly environment under the caring supervision of professional staff. Wesley offers an Out of School Care service for children from Pre-kindergarten to Year 7, providing a safe, welcoming place before and after the school day. This service is provided by OSHClub.

Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten children attend sessions with a specialised Early Years educator during term time. This program is based in the Pre-kindergarten classroom and is tailored to suit younger learners.
During end-of-term days when the Junior School closes at 12.40pm, Out of School Care remains available. There are no additional charges for regular attendees, while casual bookings are charged accordingly. The service also operates on pupil-free days. Bookings are essential for all sessions.
Holiday Care
Holiday Care operates during school holidays. Pre-Primary children are eligible to attend from the Term 1 holiday break.
