Technologies Teacher

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Technologies Teacher to teach in our Senior School.  The role is to cover a long service leave absence and will be responsible for three Year 11 classes; Computer Science, Applied Information Technology and Certificate II Interactive Digital Multimedia Technologies.

This is a part-time role (0.6 FTE) with the possibility of additional relief supervision to comprise a full time workload

Director of Volleyball

We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Volleyball to provide high level coaching to our students and junior volleyball coaches.  This part-time, contract position is for one year and will be required to train before and after school.  You will also be required to attend volleyball games held on Friday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm and Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm during terms 1 and 4.

Junior Primary Teacher (Year 1)

We are seeking an experienced, talented and passionate teacher to cover a Maternity Leave absence in our Junior School, teaching Year 1.  This full-time position will commence in Term 2, 2017 and will be required until the end of Term 4, 2017.

Accounts Receivable

This position operates within a small Finance team. It is a full time position commencing in April 2017 and is required for seven months to cover a maternity leave absence.

Duties will focus on accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable information including but not limited to:

  • Billing – tuition fees, student charges, tours, sundry, credits, discounts and scholarships;
  • Entering receipts into the accounting system on a daily basis;
  • Banking – cash, cheques, credit card payments, BPAY files, direct debit files;
  • Collections – reminders, low volume outbound calls, creating and negotiating payment plans, weekly meetings, maintaining notes as required;
  • Monthly statements;
  • Month end debtors reporting; and
  • Maintaining all filing associated with debtors.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to further develop the rowing program at Wesley College. Our boat shed is located on the banks of the Swan River only a few hundred metres from the College. We have a high quality fleet of boats and a passionate Parent Support Group that works tirelessly behind the scenes. In the last two seasons our rowing program has significantly improved to become highly competitive and therefore gives the new Director a great foundation to build on.
