Congratulations to Preston Rosario (Year 12) and Miles John (Year 11) on being selected as Australian Olympic Change-Makers.

The award recognises students for their demonstration of the Olympic spirit through leadership and driving positive change in their community.

For Preston, this award was recognition for all of the hard work that he had done as Sport Prefect and as the Vice Captain of the 1st XVIII Football team whilst in Year 12.

On the other hand, the award will act as a motivator for Miles, who is the 2020 College Vice-captain.

‘We both were fortunate enough to attend a forum which featured around five Australian Olympians. We learnt how to make a change in our own little communities. Hopefully I can take what I learnt from the forum with me into 2020,’ Miles said.

We look forward to seeing how Preston and Miles continue to make positive changes in the community.
