This year’s Wesley College P&F Ladies’ Lunch was a beautiful way to celebrate the beginning of Spring, and an(other) opportunity for Wesley families to demonstrate their generosity – both to the Parents’ and Friends’ Association (P&F) and to the wider community.
Each year, the P&F partners with an organisation assisting families in the community – this year it was RUAH Community Services, which requested donations of new clothing, underwear, sleepwear and bed linen. The donations will assist families starting over, and we hope some of the joy, friendship and goodwill experienced by the guests at the lunch goes with the donations. Thank you to everyone who put such care and consideration into sourcing appropriate donations.
Also generous were the sponsors and donors, who provided raffle and door prizes. Many of whom are a part of the Wesley community – parents, past parents and long time community supporters.
