- 8.30am – 9.30am: Fitball
- 1.30pm – 2.15pm: Aqua Aerobics
- 3.00pm – 4.00pm: Yoga (Beginner)
- 4.00pm – 5.00pm: Yoga (Experienced)
- Please note there will be no classes on Saturday 30 March (Easter Saturday)
