Wesley Sports Club offers 4 Hatha classes per week focussing on reducing stress and increasing flexibility, suppleness and muscle tone. Hatha Yoga can also create hormonal balance, destress the nervous system and strengthen the internal organs as well as improve posture and eliminate fat around each muscle.
